This is awesome. We are very happy with the neck massager and middle upper back massage. A couple things to improve on would be better lower back massage. I think the matt itself needs a better curve to it so it can better reach your lower back. If you lean over it hit the lower back better. I would buy it again. I bought it for my husband for his birthday. He broke his back two years ago, and he told me thanks again and that he really liked it. He uses it almost daily, sometimes more. We put it on a straight back dining chair so we did not have to keep moving it out of the living room chair.

I bought this as a gift for my husband but of course I had to try it out. It gives a good massage but can be a bit strong if you have some sore areas. I used it while sitting on the couch and it may work better while sitting in a chair. One thing that I didn't care for was the "spot" option because it wouldn't stay in one spot . Overall I think it gives a good massage.

I only used it a handful of times, but when I did, it worked well. Not much cushion, but it had a great about of power. However, I took it out at Christmas to use it to unwind after constantly cooking and baking, and it wont even turn on. I just get a flashing light on the controller. Very disappointed...

I normally like my massages a bit rough but this, this was way TOO rough. It was painful. I thought I had bruises. If you love to feel like you are getting pelted with bricks you're in luck this has your back and will break it. When I get pedicures I always set the chair to the roughest/highest setting; this is twenty times harder. If you have a high pain tolerance by all means get this it will rock your world or give it as a gift to someone you don't like as revenge for all the pain and suffering they caused you.

Overall it is a good value. The neck message is awesome. Just know, I'm 5'10 medium build and have to shift my body around to fit either neck or low back. As mentioned in the headline, you may have to adjust your body so you don't overtax the back message unit. There is only one back massager that doesn't continually rotate. Also note; The picture of the unit to me is a little deceptive. At first glance it looks like there is a message unit for low, middle and upper back unless you notice the up and down arrow in the lumbar area. Overall 3 stars....understand, you are getting what you are paying for. It is a nice economical unit however, that straining motor bothers me.

The seat is very comfortable, and I have a lot of deep back problems I get time to time that I can't massage out myself, and I finally saved up money to treat myself with a gift and got myself this, and it helps so much!! I finally get those muscle problems worked on, and I couldn't ask for a better device than this to work on me. I'm 6 foot tall and this works for me still, everyone shorter will be even better though lol.

Good - The kneading balls are bigger than others, which I liked the extra pressure.I specifically wanted one with the neck and this did the jobBad - first the neck cloth wrapped around the kneading balls repeatly until so tight i couldn't undo.then the lower back begin making loud clicking noises. I think it was getting stuck on something.I would expect it to last longer, but the strength of it was very good.

I am obsessed with this thing! I might be jumping the gun here as I’ve only had it for a day so far but it’s amazing. Feels like I’m at the spa. I have awful back issues and need something not so delicate to actually work on my knots. This thing is the ticket! The vibrating seat pad does nothing but the back part is great enough to override that.
