Essential for Every Paramedic
As a paramedic, I've found the Multikuf 731 3-Cuff EMT Kit to be an indispensable tool in my line of work. The kit's compact carrying case is a standout, making transportation and organization effortless. Whether responding to an emergency or moving between calls, this kit fits seamlessly into my fast-paced work environment. The variety of cuff sizes is a major benefit, allowing me to cater to patients of all sizes with accuracy and ease. But what truly sets this kit apart is the one-hand inflation system. It's remarkably efficient, enabling me to take blood pressure readings single-handedly, which is often critical in emergency scenarios. Overall, the Multikuf 731 is a paramount addition to my paramedic gear. It's convenient, reliable, and enhances my ability to provide prompt, effective care. An absolute five-star recommendation!

Excellent BP
This is a excellent manual BP cuff. It's well made and sturdy. It has cuff attachments for different size arms and they work well. The color is good too.

Best I’ve used for the last 15 years
I had another cuff from ADC that finally broke after 15 years of service. This new set seems to have a better design than the older one. It has a metal connection between the cuff tubing and the dial. The old one never popped out of place, but this new model does appear to be a bit more robust. I do like the compact design of joining the dial and the bulb together. Having a trigger to release the pressure is also more convenient than the types that use a screw. This is a lot easer to use on patients than having to fumble with the traditional style sphygmomanometers that almost necessitate needing three hands to operate. This cuff makes taking blood pressure readings more convenient for my patients and is quicker overall. I haven’t had any problems with accuracy either, so long as I use the correct sized cuff for the limb. Hope this helps.

Can not say enough!!
This is a wonderful set! I'm a home health RN so I do not have access to a machine and multiple cuffs. This was my perfect solution! It is easy to use and each cuff is marked so you can be 100% sure you are using the right cuff size. The handheld sphygmomanometer is easy and comfortable to use. It also has a callibration "mark" so if your needle rests inside this mark while not under pressure then you can be assured it is in callibration. I did drop one of these once and knocked it out of callibration, all I did was ship it back to the company and they repaired it for free!! Highly recommend!!

Easy to use
This palm sphygmomanometer is much easier to use than traditional ones. There is a finger pull trigger for releasing cuff pressure rather than a twist valve and the dial is attached to the hand piece making it so much easier to read compared to clip on types that sag or twist. This set comes with 3 cuff sizes and a convenient case with labeled pockets. The small cuff is a perfect fit for my frail mother-in-law.

Really Nice set, BUT
I only gave 4 stars because I really wish the large adult was the biggest size. I found same kit with the thigh size cuff for about 30 bucks more, and I had already purchased this exact set. It is great quality, and works wonderful. It is super easy to change the cuffs out too! I really am glad I spent the money for this, I just wish I would have gotten the one that had 4 cuffs. I don't really do pedi's, but I do need the extra large size cuff. I am having trouble finding it alone to add to the set I bought. Since I can't return this one for the one that has the 4 sizes, I am going to have to buy a completely separate set I guess. THAT isn't sellers fault, I just really wish they made the individual cuffs to fit more accessible. The bulb to inflate is a little harder, but mine is brand new so I am sure the more I use it the easier it will get. I am very pleased with this purchase and suggesting it to fellow medical friends.

Not equipment you can trust.
After reading so many reviews and seeing the not so great reviews I was hesitant to buy this item. I decided to purchase it anyway thinking I would be one of the lucky ones that didn't have any issues and it worked out great for me. I was hoping that maybe everyone else just wasn't using the product correctly and that was why they struggled so bad. However, I was so wrong. After I got the product that same day I rushed home from work ( I work across the street from my house) to get the new palm sphygmomanometer. I was excited because all I have ever used before and what I have here at the clinic is just a manual aneroid sphygmomanometer. It's difficult to use because they can be hard to read as I holding my Stethoscope, and the pump all while trying to hold the gage in place and make sure it doesn't fall off. The Palm Sphygmomanometer, just seemed to be the way to go. Anyway, after I opened it up and brought it back to the clinic I used it on the next patient, who just needed a routine blood pressure check. Same thing we do week in and week out and her blood pressure is always about the same. Checked her with the new ADC Sphygmomanometer I had just got, and got a TOTALLY different reading than what was typical, it was way WAY to low. I thought that was weird so I checked her with the ones we have here at the clinic and got her average BP. I thought it was weird and interesting but thought hey it's a new machine probably didn't use it right or did something wrong. Next patient comes in and same thing happens. So this time, I check to see what is going on. I realized that as I was pumping the cuff was filling with air but the sphygmomanometer dial was not moving. I was pumping, the cuff was filling with air but the dial wasn't moving at all. It was staying a 0. I had to doctor here try it to see if for some reason it was just me I wasn't using the right cuff or it was something that was user error. He also had problems. He couldn't get it to work. I was so sad, because I really wanted this to work. I wanted it to work out, unfortunately it fell short. I work at a small town clinic as I have said before. I rely on all the medical equipment I use to be accurate. (as should everyone, Small town clinic or not) When doing a DOT physical if we are just a few points off, that can mean the difference in someone getting their DOT card or not. I even had my Doc. look at it and see what he thought and if by some small chance I was doing something wrong. He agreed the sphygmomanometer was not accurate and couldn't be trusted. I immediately put in the request on Amazon to have it sent back. I need equipment I can trust and know will work every time, not just sometimes or part of the time, but EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I am a practical nursing student and wanted to upgrade to a better BP cuff after using a cheap one from the college bookstore for a year. I purchased this one because I liked that it had 3 cuff sizes. I was not disappointed. The cuffs are super easy to change, they just snap on and off. There is a little trigger on the handle you use to pump and after inflating the cuff it deflates slowly on it's own which is better than trying to turn the metal on my old cuff just right so that it doesn't deflate too quickly. Once you get your diastolic pressure you just pull the trigger and it quickly deflates the rest of the cuff. Overall great purchase and I strongly recommend it! :)

Prezzo secondo me troppo alto.

Different color would be nice but that's minor. Easy to use and efficient.
