Pros: it gives a insane energy boost even for only taking one capsule a time.It made my reaction time really fast and even helped my memory and situatuonal awarness in game. There was certain things to do in game that just become more natural when your taking jt and ewally hwll during long and late gaming sessions .Cons: the recommebded dosage might be different for everyone try one than move on to two or start off with 2 if you really have a high tolerance for caffiene.

This product is great for keeping you sharp and focused. I was going to use this for gaming sessions, but my computer broke and my next one is being shipped.
