Fintie iPad Air 2 Case (2014 Release) - 360 Degree Rotating Stand Protective Case Smart Cover with Auto Sleep/Wake Feature for Apple iPad Air 2, Navy

I have purchased Fintie iPad cases in the past, and I keep doing so because they are well made and perform as advertised. I like the ability to rotate the iPad in both portrait and landscape modes. It holds the iPad securely, but provides easy and direct access to all the buttons. When closed, the case seems to provide very good protection against falls and drops. The automatic shut-off feature when the case is closed seems to work well also. I purchased the navy blue color, and it is quite attractive. Unless something unexpected occurs, I believe this will be the only case I will need for my iPad.

This is better in person than on internet. Important features: rotating hold in iPad means you can easily use it in landscape or portrait position. The ridges are deep enough to keep the base of your iPad in place -2 different angles for either position. You can turn the cover over and use it as a slight angle for typing. It hold iPad securely and has perfect cutouts for all buttons and camera, The corners are protected and it feels and looks like leather. It also has an elastic strap to go over cover when traveling for extra security. Overall, it looks great and functions perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

This case is amazing! I get compliments from the beautiful design. I love how I can make it stand in two different positions. It's not the sturdiest case, so if it you tap your screen too hard while it's on the stand, it may fall backwards. But it's not a big issue for me because I don't constantly tap it hard. It fits my new iPad Air 2 perfectly. The sleep/wake function is okay, most of the time it works, but at times it doesn't. I love the little part where I can hold my stylus. Overall this is a really great product for the cheap price. I'd rather pay this price than the $70 price at Apple. I would definitely recommend it!

The case has a classy look about it and appears to be made well, but admittedly time will tell. I haven't had it long. The ability to use the iPad in both landscape and portrait orientations, and still use the stand, is a very clever (and useful) design. For the price, compared to many others out on the market, it is a real bargain. When you see it, you'd expect there to be a label from a high end bag/purse company on it because of its quality appearance. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is I'm not thrilled with the elastic band that wraps around the case that holds it closed. With such a nice case I'd expected something a little classier, and more clever.

absolutely perfect case for what i was looking for. we upgraded from ipad 2 to ipad air 2 and had a similar case like this. this is better than the one we had. the grooves are deeper hence it stays in place even on a soft or uneven surface like your bed or lap. on a table its rock solid. the dark blue color is very good and doesnt show any dirt or grime. the ipad fits perfectly and all cutouts for openings are perfect.

I bought this tor my new iPad. I absolutely love this case. It fits snugly and there is no way the tablet shifts of moves inside the case. I love how the cover rotates. I can use my tablet on my lap desk and it still fit in the slot without having to remove it from the case. I just let the cover dangle on the backside. I also love how it adjusts when being propped into the slots of the cover. It fits perfectly and there is no sliding or shifting. BTW, I bought the red cover and it is a very vibrant red. I'm very pleased with this purchase

I liked the case and I liked the idea of being able to rotate the direction of my ipad. The leather looked very nice and held up well, even after a few years of use. (The red color was vibrant, fire engine red, which I really liked!) After several years, there was only a small amount of wear/cracks around the edges of the case where the front cover folded down. However, the durability of the plastic rotating part wasn't great. I am extraordinarily carefully with my ipad. I've never dropped it, I don't fling it around in my bag, and I carefully put it away on a desk or table when I'm not using it. Even so, that plastic circle thing in the back cracked after only a few months of use. It still allowed the ipad to rotate with some difficulty, but it wouldn't stand up correctly in the ridges when in the horizontal position. Instead, because the backing was broken, the ipad kept popping out of the ridges on one side and so was always at an angle. Unfortunately, it took me a while to realize that the broken rotating part is what caused the ipad to no longer stand upright. I contacted Fintie, and to their credit, they responded right away and were apologetic. They said it was too long since I had purchased it to send a replacement, unfortunately. Too bad for me that I didn't realize earlier on what part was broken. But be forewarned that the plastic rotation part is not very durable. I bought a replacement case (also from Fintie) but without a rotating part because I didn't want to deal with that again.

I've tried many cases for iPads, and this one is my favorite. It is elegantly simple in its design. The fold over magnetic closure works perfectly with the iPad's on/off feature. A simple, effective elastic band holds it together nicely; and I really appreciate the little stylus holder. It rotates easily from the "vertical" position I use for reading to the "horizontal" position I prefer for viewing video. To top it off, the case just has a great fit and finish that belies its very reasonable price. It's far better than the "Smart Cover" I was bought from the company that makes the iPad.

Super cute but it was the wrong size so I gave it to my other daughter with a new iPad :)

I like the design and colours of this company's cases. I found that my last one started to fall apart around the edges after two years of use and had to order a new one. This one looks like a different quality of covering so hopefully it will last longer than two years.

This product is used to protect my iPad. I like the sturdy outside covering & flexibility of being able to turn the iPad to portrait or landscape, and to support it for convenient angles to type or play games.
