Purchased these clips to hold a garden hose that I ran up the side of a tall deck post so that I could more easily water the plants that are up on the deck. These are the perfect size clamps for holding the garden hose. Easy to install. I leave it there all year. No rust. Works well.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases. I bought the 1 3/4” brackets to go over my 1.5” chain link fence poles / pipes and they fit perfectly. I was worried as other brands actually were 2” on the inside for a 1.5” pipe. Important to note, however, I did not cinch them shut. I was using them to secure boards around the base of my fence to keep the dog from running out from underneath. I plan to attach them in an unaltered fashion where they will look like they do in the photo.

If you need these to completely surround 2" pipe and fit snug to the surface, they won't - you need to buy a bigger version, but they are decent enough otherwise.

Good for lite pipe use. A little to thin for my application but didn't return.

We needed a way to attach wire cattle panels to 2x4 rails on our deck to replace wood spindles. The brackets were sturdy and securely fixed the panels top and bottom. Amazed at how fast the brackets made our project. Using longer screws made it easier to set the screws. Purchased several times. Great for our project.

I ordered these to secure 1” pvc pipe to 4 x 4 post on my horse farm. They do work but the quality is really poor! Very very thin metal not “heavy duty” at all. I will be lucky to get a year worth of use out of them before they rot away. Would not recommend

As any American plumber or electrician knows the size of a half inch pipe is not half inch. That's the inside measurement of iron and pvc, except of course copper, CPVC or PEX which really are half an inch. The poor Chinese think half an inch is a distinct number, consequently they send the literal half an inch fittings when we say half an inch. So the 3/4 fits the half, the half fits the 3/8. Order accordingly.

I bought these small brackets to secure my drink rack to the wall and keep it from falling forward. They worked perfectly, I do wish they came with screws. Fortunately I had a couple of screws at my house that fit the brackets.
