Amazing taste and easy to bake with!
Cost worth the quality. Ok, I know due to environmental and name it issues, the cost keeps rising. Trust though, these will help blow any comparison to what an ideal chocolate chip cookie, brownie, babka, etc is. The quality of the chocolate is amazing and the size of the pieces are perfect and easy to break by hand or chop by knife. While almost always used for baking, I do know an occasional forgotten piece is delicious. Consistently works in every recipe, melts with remnant of piece and my favorite chocolate for baking!

Outstanding
This is the best chocolate ever especially in culinary and baking. I am a pastry Chef and we trained in school with this wonderful chocolate. It is great to work with. It has wonderful texture and richness. It’s delicious and it bakes very well. This is a wonderful product plan to order more in a variety of flavors.

Best chocolate for Hot chocolate. Nice complex flavor. Melts easily with the milk.

Best chocolate there is!!
This is honestly the BEST tasting dark chocolate I have ever had. It's expensive as hell, but if I'm going to indulge, it's gotta be worth it. I usually buy from the Valhrona website but sometimes they are out of the feves (I use them as bite size treats). It can also be a bit cheaper on Amazon. The package is a little more beat up than when I get it direct from the company and there can sometimes be a little bloom on the chocolate, but it's otherwise fresh and in good shape.

The best chocolate on Earth
Used to buy this in the grocery store at the bakery. But they stopped selling it. Haven't had it for a few years but wow do I miss it. Great bite sized for a healthy snack (just one or two). Obviously packaged for an excellent fir melting to make custom candies (I do dried cranberry or dried cherry) chocolate in molds. Also good for chocolate cheesecake if ground. Shaved to top many deserts. Chocolate was fresh. Newer packaging than shown.

Ghirardelli 72% is better
Probably best for baking and not eating directly. They arrived stale and the bag had almost zero aroma (relative to what it should have). By contrast the 72% Ghirardelli chocolate chips which are at least half the price are significantly better for eating purposes and extremely fragrant (if you get them from a good supplier - and pack in ice during hot weather). I'm not sure what Ghirardelli does - but their chocolate chips compare to the highest quality $5-$10 chocolate bars that you can buy. While I think this is a criollo chocolate, it didn't impress me compared to the 70% Valrhona chocolate bar - which I greatly admired for its complex flavour.

Game changer
it made my good chocolate chip/chunk cookies into an amazing cookie that some were wondering if I bought the cookies from a bakery. It melts easier compared to chips and chunks so the flecks melt into the dough. Quality comes with a price so it's saved for a special occasion. Also only use for recipes that need care.
