I've been searching for a good quality K-Tape to offer some peroneal tendon support. I've tried a few brands now and have not been impressed until Goat Tape. Usually my applications will last a day tops, but Goat Tape has some strong stick and stays on until I want to take it off! This has been very important to me as other brands would roll up when I put on socks & shoes, or would lose their stick in the shower or pool. I actually thought I just wasn't putting it on correctly, but after giving Goat Tape a try I have not had any problems. Goat Tape sticks very well, it does not catch and roll when putting on socks/shoes, and it survives the shower & pool without issue! The only thing that could make this better is not having pre-cut strips, but only because I have small feet so only need half a strip for the one application ;)

I bought this to protect my joints from stress and/or dislocation while swimming. It does not stay on for more than 5 minutes in a pool no matter how diligently I followed the application instructions. It works great for dry land and does stay on for several days as long as your skin is clean when you put it on.

Not as good as KT tape BUT damn near close!

Used for several days with new application each time. Followed directions, but fell off skin each time. Not as described.

Started to remedy within 30 minutes of application. Quality adhesive, has not pulled or snagged on clothing yet. Over all seems to be a lot better than KT tape. In these qualities
