This really helps me sleep so I take it at night. If I forget, I usually know because I'll either wake up 3 hours later and go back to sleep, or I'll wake up 5-6 hours later and can't go back to sleep. When I take it I can sometimes sleep more than 8 hours.

This is one of two forms of magnesium I buy from Amazon. It's got what I need for neuromuscular support and no mag citrate to cause stomach & colon issues. It's a challenge to find the combination of magnesiums in a product that doesn't contain unnecessary chemicals. They're easy to swallow. Good brand & reasonably priced.
