I purchased this hair straightener to bring to Japan with me since it's dual voltage. It worked perfectly there! It doesn't clamp down as tight as I would have liked so it took about an hour to straighten my thick curly hair, as I had to make multiple passes on each section. It is lightweight and seems sturdy. While it's not the best straightener I've ever used, it was a good price and is great for travel, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Handle not very hand friendly. It’s awkward and slick appearance makes it slightly difficult to hold steady. Still pulls your hair even with the flex plates. Would not buy again.

It is not a curling iron/ straightener. It is a straightener. It also took a very long time to heat up and after 20 minutes it was still not at its highest setting. It was returned

I was unsure if this was going to curl my hair cause the box said straightener on it BUT I used it as soon as I got it just to be sure and.... IT'S AWESOME! it's so easy to use and it curled my hair easily too! I love that you can adjust the heat so it won't damage my hair. I really love it! I'm so glad I took the chance to get this one.

Love love love this straightener/ curler.. the set for the heat it's perfect. I been using it every single day now and my hair feels so much softer everytime.. and I know because I haven't changed anything else besides that. The colors its cute and girly. And well my curls looks awesome it also replaced my wand curler cause it does the same thing. Again love it.
