So far ... excellent
Used 3 tins for 2 flat roofs, one of which was leaking badly.Had a few really bad weather days ..it's Wales ... It has been completely dry.Also less noisy in rainfall!

Safety Clothes Required
Use a mask, gloves and disposable overall - this stuff will not come off brushes, tools, roller or clothesDone the job of renovating roof. Ideally you need backing fleece when putting on felt roof. I had top use strips.
