Toyota Case of 12 Quarts Full Synthetic 0W-20 Oil

TGMO is a very good quality oil. Made by Exxon-Mobil according to Toyota specifications. Some may argue if it's made by Exxon-Mobil then it's similar to Mobil 1 0w20 why bother paying more for this oil if you can buy Mobil 1 at a lesser price. If you look at the specs of this oil/ TGMO, you will notice that the additive package is very different from Mobil 1. Viscosity index is also significantly higher on the TGMO, in fact it's one of the highest for a 0w20 synthetic oil. Why buy this oil then? If you want an oil that will perform very well when used on a Toyota with 10000mi OCI and still have a lots of life left in the oil at 10000mi, this is your oil. Toyota takes pride in the dependability of their cars that's why they have an oil made for their cars according to their specification. I personally use this oil on my 2016 4runner TE. 10000mi OCI is a walk in the park. Lots of life left in the oil that I may even extend my OCI another 3k more or so if I want but I don't. Now that's peace of mind, if you want to keep your car for a long time. Other 0w20 oil will do fine on a Toyota and will be sufficient to last the 10000mi OCI. But, TGMO is made specifically for Toyota. It cost a little bit more but if gives me peace of mind then it's worth it. (Seller, shipping was fast and product delivered undamaged. Thank you. Keep this item affordable-- don't increase the price.) Update 12/1/20: purchased this oil again for my wife's 2020 Lexus NX300. The formulation has been updated. It's now GF-6 API - SN plus/RC. 12qts is perfect: 5.5qts for my wife's NX300 and 6.5qts for my 4RUNNER.

Have ordered 0W20 Full Synthetic Oil from Amazon twice before. No issues from the shipper, none this time as well. I had 5 qts left over from my last oil change. Needed another quart to do the job. Went to all Toyota dealerships. Out of stock! What?! Dealers are falling down. I just looked at the parts guy and said, "Well, I guess I will just wait till Amazon delivers". He could care less. Next time I will be properly stocked. Arrived in original cases of 6 quarts. Worth it.

I always use this oil as it is OEM and a premium oil for my 2015 Toyota 4runner. I highly recommend this product if you like to take great care of your car.

It works

So I only use this OEM syn oil with summer changes to Red Line 0w30. Talk about top notch lubrication, Toyota-brand synthetic has the highest silicone content in it's additive package than any other synthetic. Toyota must know something the others do not, since many Toyota motors run for 000s of thousands miles. Second highest silicone content goes to Red Line synthetic, which I also find to be of incredible quality, especially when running through the hot, dusty desert. UPDATE: supposedly TGMO formulation was changed by XMO and now relies on viscosity index increasers instead of PAOs.

All 12 quarts arrived, 6 per box. One box was oil soaked because a lid opened just a little bit. Tightened the lid back down and no more leak but stuck with a nasty box and bottles. Didn't seem like it lost much oil but I still knocked a star off. Issue could have happened with any liquid you buy online but with all the other fluids I bought, this was the only one.

Maybe a little spendy but don't care, need to use the right oil for a 2016 Toyota Avalon. This oil can go 5000 miles before the next oil change. Good buy.
