Product meets my requirement for cushioning ( have mild bow leg?? Over pronation) very well. Feel will last me the distance for jogs upto 130 miles ( 3miles 2/3 times a week) .Good breathing. Do not get sweaty. Correct thickness for ensuring good fit in shoes. Very Happy

Have been using the sole since 5 months. The sole is size 12. You have to cut it as per your own shoe size. There are indications on the sole so cutting it becomes easy.The sole is really comfortable and gives a nice cushion to the feet.

The product is quite satisfactory as in it really helped relieve me from the pain I was facing in my Heels; However, as claimed in the product description, it does NOT absorb the sweat generated in the underside of the feet during normal or fast walking and jogging and actually, a lot of HEAT is generated compared to normal insoles and may lead to a lot DISCOMFORT during long walks.

Caution buyers. Poor workmanship. My foot slides on the top surface. Tends to twist. The layer started to peel off on day 3 (left). I then checked the right, that had also started giving way. Good product

Recently I bought new sports shoe for running of regular big brand. But its insole was not comfortable at all and led to wound if wear for longer time. This insole is absolutely amazing and replaced from existing one. Very comfortable and easy to fit in any new shoes.

This inner is very thick. If u insert in your existing shoe, the shoe will feel very tight. So remove existing in sole to maintain same fit of the shoe.
