Great product. Has helped with sugar cravings and weight loss!

I take two of these a day for heartburn and they work great. Learned to do this years ago. It takes about a week to reverse the feeling of the heartburn. It didn’t get that way overnight, so it takes a little bit to reverse it. I used to take one with each meal, but now that I’ve healed some of the damaged from heartburn and/or GERD, I just take two each day and now have zero issues.

I honestly did see a difference. I had to really push myself to remember to take this 3 time a day and I eventually got it in my routine. I didn't go to the gym I always seem to lose the motivation to go. All I did was drink lots of water, cut out soda/juice. I cut out fastfood, ate at home instead. But overall after 1 month I lost 8 pounds. Just 1 month of being on it. Very easy to take a capsule then actually drinking the nasty tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Losing weight does take time. Definitely buying it again.

They help my digestive system so much.

This is not my favorite supplement. According to directions, you have to take it 30 minutes before you eat so I often forget to take it. Personally, I am not seeing any results after taking it. I probably would choose another product when this is finished.

The only supplement i could find with the recommended Ingredients and it works. Safer than drinking the liquid drink. Me and my wife take one capsule every day. No cravings and bowel movements are back to normal. Loss some weight and i always regret when i go to cheaper brands. No bad taste and easy to swallow no problems with cspsule size.
