Must buy.
I was finally able to find a compatible headset for work, that I had to purchase on my own. So it is a great product for the price. My neck and shoulder are grateful (

Sound Quality is Great
I received the headset a few days ago and wasn't able to start using it until today because I bought it specifically for work. Connecting the headset to the phone was quick and easy. The package did include additional adapters just in case connecting it directly didn't work, which is nice to have. I'm amazed that the sound quality is very good. I can hear the person on the other end and they can hear me. I don't hear any backround noise when I use it. The headset itself is pretty comfortable and easy to adjust. I normally wear headsets with two speakers instead of one, but this was at the request of my boss since having the headset for work was her idea. I do admit that I was very skeptical about purchasing a headset through Amazon since there are many, many different kinds for many different phones. I was grateful that this worked so well. It's super important to make sure that the headset you are buying is compatible with your phone. The phone that my job has specifically is an Audiocodes phone, which replaced the Cisco phone that we used to have.

Great for price
Nothing fancy but its great for the price and does what I need it to do. I use it for my work avaya phone. Came with multiple adapters to work with different phones.

Great for medium use
The sound is good. I’m told that the sound on the other end is a bit grainy. I only need to use them a few times a day for short calls where I need my hands. Definitely better than holding the handset with my neck/shoulder.

It’s okay. A good spare
The sound quality is okay, a bit tinny and a bit hard to hear unless it’s on max volume. However, the microphone is too lose it flops around and doesn’t stay in place when you bend it. It’s a good spare but not a day to day device.
