After buying a stunning smaller selenite tower from another vendor, I wanted a large one, and this was the largest I could find. The bottom is uneven, so it tilts, and is somewhat roughly carved. It really should come on a dimmer switch, since it is rather bright, and the others do. The smaller towers are a much better value ($22 vs $54, supposed holiday specials), but if one wants height in a selenite tower, there are few options, so I'm keeping it, and it does look stunning in my home office.

I love this pleasant light sitting on my desk, peaceful and beautiful. I purchased the 12" high, which I highly recommend unless you want a smaller lamp. It sits like a tower, and it is lovely. My light was not cut quite level on the bottom, so a small piece of felt was needed on one side so it would not wobble. The lamp did not have a dimmer switch, but just a regular switch. I have seen some lights that do have that option. To remedy the ultra-brightness of the lamp, I changed it to a bulb that is not as bright. It looks great. I will be adding a timer switch at the wall for my light so that it turns off during the night.

Love this lamp. Looks great, and is taller than some others. I didn't use the light sent with it since I wanted a dimmer switch. I ended up purchasing one here on Amazon.

The selenite skyscraper could have been very nice but the whole tower was split down the side. Very disappointing to gift a broken gift.

It was a nice size and very bright, great for living room or sitting room.

A little pricey but nice.
