Box damaged and so was the watch. It's a shame, I really liked the piece and would love to have another like it, but decided on an alternative.

Bertucci is a relatively young watch brand, but the company has already earned a reputation for highly functional and fairly-priced tool watches. I have owned this model for a few years, and it remains one of my favorite watches out of a large collection of quality field-style pieces from many brands.The case is lightweight and well-sized for most wrists. The dial is insanely legible, regardless the angle or lighting. There are multiple design choices that maximize durability, from the one-piece lugs (no spring bars to break or lose) to the way the case bezel extends slightly above the glass for protection. And driven by this functional approach, the overall design is refined and pleasing. There is a sense that every millimeter has been perfectly adjusted to express its purpose. It has a simplicity that many "minimalist" watches strive for, while still being thoroughly ready for rugged use. An added bonus of this thoughtful design is that it's versatile. I wear mine with everything from denim/boots to hiking gear or edgy sneakers.Among a brand lineup that's already tough to beat for relative value, this is a truly standout option.
