This iron and glass floor lamp is exquisite and a conversation piece as well as a functional light fixture. The only assembly is to put the glass globe on each arm of the fixture. It takes a standard base bulb (standard lamp bulb base) and I experimented with 3W cool white LED, 3W warm white LED and amber 1W LED bulbs and chose to use the amber bulb since it makes a beautiful glow for ambient lighting and enhances a curio cabinet that displays porcelain figurines. A tool is included to screw the collar in place while working from inside the glass flower globe---the collar prevents the glass globe from wobbling on the arm of the fixture. Hints: 1) place the collar onto the threads of the arm carefully since it is difficult to unscrew the collar to start over; if the collar sits crookedly and you aren't able to unscrew it, you can order standard replacement collars on amazon.com and you can screw a second collar onto the arm to stabilize the glass globe; 2) it's a good idea to apply a thin coating of petroleum jelly onto the aluminum base of the bulb you use which will make it easier to screw the bulb in and/or replace the bulb----just be careful to not get any of the petroleum jelly on the contact on the bottom of the bulb. The craftsmanship is excellent on this unique iron and glass fixture and it is made in the U.S. It is my favorite floor lamp, it is worth every penny of the price.

I bought this for my wife's birthday (or our anniversary?) several years ago, and we have been delighted! (Or should I say "lighted" ?) My wife loves it! It came to us fully assembled, in a huge man-sized box... it was delivered to the front office of our mobile home park, and it was HEAVY! I was afraid of what folks might assume I had in that box as I wrestled it into the back of my car! (Sheepish grin)It is beautiful, elegant, very well built, and works well! What else can I say?

Very happy with this beautiful fixture. We used 2200K LED light bulbs which makes for a great accent light color. We had a small issue after we unboxed the product for which we needed to contact the seller. We placed our inquiry through Amazon and received a response the next day. Very happy with the seller response who took great care of us. Would definitely recommend both for the product and for the way they handle their customers.

It doesn’t look like the photo. The top lily is bentding to the side abut 6 or 7 inches. I return the first order thinking it was bent during shipping. I’d fallen in love with the photo of this lamp against the cement wall because is a very similar decor look I’m working on. The second lamp was bending the exact same way. It’s the way it’s made. I was so disappointed. I decided to have it bent to resemble the photos and now it does. I love the lamp but if you’re wanting it to look exactly as advertised please know it’s going to be different. To me it was worth bending.

This lamp was damaged in transit and leaned to one side. The seller authorized a return but the box it came in was too damaged to reuse. Finding a large enough box to make the return was impossible. Instead my husband, disassembled the lamp base and tightened the bolts on everything, this helped. However, the lamp still leans (it comes with cushioning pads to correct this which does imply it has this issue often). Additionally, the lamp is not as pictured- the "leaves" are straight out rather than hugging the flowers. For the price, I expected much better.

This lamp is both artistic and functional. I placed it just to the left of my front door, when company comes in it's the first piece of art they see. When I don't need the lamp on, the outline adds beauty to the room. I've used 40 watt bulbs and the warm glow is a beautiful sight in the evenings. Very easy to put together. Open the box outside and take the pieces indoors so the packaging material doesn't make too much of a cleanup project..
