I bought this product to give me natural energy and help with stress. I take it first thing in the morning and instantly feel more clear headed and ready for the day. I am able to focus better and not get so stressed out throughout the day. It does have a bitter taste and you need to take two ml which is an 2 eye drops full. It can also be added to a little bit of water to help dilute it a little. I don’t find the taste too bad and can take it straight. You also need to let it rest on your tongue for a little bit directions say about 20seconds. Overall I find the benefits outweigh any trouble with taste and it’s very quick and easy to add to your routine. You can take one to two times a day. I only take it once a day currently. Great natural product to help you get a great start on the day. I even took this after a hangover and it helped me not feel so groggy. Overall I highly recommend.

I usually buy theAshwaganda capsules from GNC, Aswaganda is a herb that naturally helps reduce levels of stress and i have anxiety; I have tried the Capsules on Amazon and they work well, but i like the Drops better; They absorb fast because liquid absorbs in your system a little faster and the liquid is more potent , so it doesnt take as long to begin working. The texture is a little gritty and taste similar to a graham cracker a little to me to some point. I highly recommend this and the price is good, the pills you have to take 2 pills twice a day to be more effective but 1/2 or 1 dropper full if you need a stronger dosage works and last me about a month. Great Product and surprised me how authentic it is, i been a customer for months i recommend this!

Lately things have been very stressful for me in the kitchen since it is now summer and the restaurant is always packed with foodies. I’d go home tired and waking up fatigue from the night before. I was very intrigued by the product and like many after reading the reviews I felt comfortable to give it a try. Arrived on time, packaging was as advertised. Since I have not tried the contents before I dropped a small amount on my tongue not the try the taste as check to make sure I would not have any sort of allergy. Despite some of the negative reviews on the taste I didn’t think it was half bad on its own! I added the recommended dose to some chamomile tea this evening and it added a very nice sweet and earthy taste to my tea and I feel very relaxed. Could be in my mind yet and I did have a very rigorous work out earlier so I could just be tired. Looking forward to discovering the long term benefits.

Arrived fast! (3 days with Amazon Prime free shipping) Off the bat I’ll say the taste is interesting. I’ve heard supplements to taste bitter but this was like molasses. There’s a bit of a alcohol taste but it’s because of the glycerine I’m guessing. Not entirely pleasant but not undoable either. No after taste either, or that horrible feeling of a pill stuck in your throat. Since it’s in liquid form you can even add it to your tea or smoothies which is great to switch it up! In the past I’ve tried both Ashwagandha & Rhodiola Rosea supplements in pill form without noticing any real differences. With these concentrated drops I notice a difference in my energy almost immediately. I took two droppers as indicated by the directions & noticed I had TOO much energy so the next day I took it back to just one & found my sweet spot. So keep in mind your sensitivity to certain supplements & your body weight. You may need less or more. As always check in with your doctor just in case. All in all I’d say this was a very pleasant experience & will be buying again as soon as my bottle runs out!

I have bought this product a total of 3 times. When I first got this product, I LOVED it. The taste was a little bit to get used to but over time it did not bother me. I noticed a change in my mood, my sleep and energy levels. The second bottle I purchased, again, I noticed my mood, sleep an energy all benefited when I was taking this supplement. When I fell off the wagon and wasn't taking it, I saw a drastic change. The second bottle had a slightly different taste than the first but I was able to tolerate it. I received my 3rd bottle today. The tastes has drastically changed. The liquid is much darker brown than the previous 2 bottles I bought. Trying to give the supplement the benefit of the doubt, I placed a small drop of the liquid on my tongue. *GROSS* It does not taste at all like what my other two bottles tasted like. The liquid burnt my tongue it was so strong. I am very sad that the formula or something has changed because I really liked the way this supplement helped with my mood, sleep and energy. I will not be buying from this company again. I will also be throwing my current purchase in the trash as I know that the product should not burn my tongue nor should it taste the way it does and the company does not except returns.
