Bad door design
The item looks really good when first installed. However, couple of weeks later the hinges holding the door stop giving support, which lets the door drop a quarter of an inch and door cannot be opened without major effort. This is a bad design from the practical stand point. It would have been nice if they designed a through screw to hold the door up instead of a side pin. Now, after two months of using the item, I regret not going with a more expensive local manufacturer...

Engima-Z line has an issue with the design.
I bought it directly from Manufacturer, but it would be helpful for others the findings. This product has a flaw in the design. The top two wheels of the sliding glass keep the glass sheet in the hanging position. But this wheel just takes the support of small 3 mm bolts to bear the weight of heavy glass sheet. With the pressure, these nuts get easily worn out in a month or so.As a result, the sliding door starts to drop down to the bottom and therefore sliding functionality diminishes. You have to push the door hard to open and close each time. There is no way; we can fix this. If you tight the bolts, their 3 mm threads get crushed. This is a bad design I think, and I recommend buyers not to buy this model.Overall DreamLine series is excellent; You should consider Enigma-X if you like it but not Enigma-Z.

Still installing it but quality seems great
Let me start out by saying that I did not purchase this item from Amazon but directly from the manufacturerThis thing is heavy as hell, make sure you have a bunch of friends to help bring it in and put it up. It came in 4 or 5 boxes, 2 of them were glass and the others were all random assorted screws, brackets, etc.In one of the boxes of glass was a set of installation instructions, but not for the enclosure I purchased. They were for a single glass wall installation between 2 fixed walls. After freaking a little I finally found the directions for the enclosure tucked below some junk packing in another box. I then tossed the incorrect manual in the trash but later wound up garbage picking for it for guidance so don't throw it outUnpacking was a disaster, each of the parts boxes had their own packing list, awesome, I thought. Each of the bags of parts are numbered, even better, I thought. Hmmm, why are the numbers used the same from each box but the parts in them don't necessarily match what they are? That's odd, was my next thought. Then I noticed that not only do the numbered bags not match the packing list for each box but the numbers do not match the master parts list on the installation instructions. For example, the master parts list says there should be 4x 3/8 screws, which are listed as #16. In box 3 there is a #16, but those are wall anchors. Box 4 has a #16 too but those are guide wheels. Box 5 has a #16 but there are only 2 screws in the bag, supposed to be 4. Turns out in Box 3 there is a #18 that has 1 screw in it and box 4 has a #6 that has 1 screw in it but the packing lists on those boxes don't say 1 screw, they say plastic caps. This type of crap will keep you busy for an hour or so, going through each bag and checking it against different parts lists, going bat s*** crazy in the process. Eventually you'll have parts and screws everywhere and hopefully have determined that everything is thereNow the installation fun...The directions aren't crystal clear on the placement of most of the items on the list, like where on the base does the glass go? If you butt it to the outer edge of your shower pan the hole for the glass bar won't line up. Same thing on the inner edge. You'll look at the pic in the manual, it'll show it on the outer edge but you already know that's not possible. How about telling me the ideal placement, you'll scream! There's a lot of that type stuff, the manual doesn't really say and if you follow the drawing the pieces won't really line up or you'll have big gaps between the wall and glass panels or between the panels themselvesThe best confusion related piece is when they tell you to measure your top bar and cut it so that it fits perfectly snug between the return panel and the far wall. So you measure and cut the piece, you put it in place all proud of yourself that you cut it perfectly, hooray! 2 steps later however, they tell you to add 3 inch brackets to each side and attach it in the same exact spot that 2 steps earlier they told you to cut and give yourself a nice snug fit. WTF?!?!? Why didn't you tell me about these giant brackets that are going to completely change the length of the bar I just cut perfectly 2 steps ago?!?!? So you'll have to measure and recut it again just to get it to fit properlyI'm not done installing it yet so I haven't used it but it looks real nice and is solid. Just be aware you're going to fuss with all the parts bags and boxes and numbers and that the manual won't give you 100% concrete direction and you'll be fine!
