Ranitidin does it have?

No, famotidine is an acid reducer just like ranitidine, but it is a completely different chemical; so it does not contain any ranitidine. FYI, in terms of effectiveness, 20 mg of famotidine is equivalent to 150 mg of ranitidine. If you were taking ranitidine before it was pulled off the market, then you may want to consult your doctor before switching to famotidine just to be on the safe side.
