I got fed up with the non-glyphosphate weedkillers that abound in garden centres because none of them worked well. So I tried Gallup and it's become my go-to weedkiller for treating my paths and driveway. It takes about a week after spraying for the effects to start showing, but just a quick application (with a 5 litre spray gun) in mid Spring and a further one in early Summer keeps us weed-free for the entire year! It's less effective on waxy weeds like liverwort, but still helps keep them sufficiently at bay that it's now the only weedkiller I use!

Good weedkiller which is economical to use. Used in and around my property and kills everything it has been used on. However, do not expect overnight results as it takes some days to do the job.Can recommend.

Perhaps I’m inpatient but I like to see results quickly for my hard work. It’s been a week now and although the grass is browning , the weeds aren’t. I will wait a while yet as some reviews say it takes longer. If not I’ll come back and update this review. Hopefully it’s slowness to work means it’s doing a thorough job which will last longer.

I’ve tried eco friendly weeds killers but this is the only product that cuts the mustard. We have LOADS of weeds on our driveway and this stuff kills the, properly. Within 2 weeks they all die back and wither away. Some need to be pulled out but many of the smaller ones have just blown away with the wind etc. It’s easy to calculate how much to use vs the literage of your watering can. We keep a separate can just for weed killer. It isn’t safe if you have pets. Says not to let them near it until it’s dry (about an hour) so I guess that’s a personal decision. My husband got some on his wellies and walked across the lawn and we could see the effectiveness of the weed killer when his prints killed the grass he stood on creating a path across the lawn! So walk backwards, keep off the grass, and watch out for pets.
