I have taken CoQ10 supplements before, but I usually don't notice a difference in how I feel. With this formula I notice a nice subtle boost of energy that isn't jittery & doesn't have any side effects. Since it is subtle I feel it about an hour after I take it, and there is no crash.I am glad for a healthier source of an energy boost. This is made in USA which I very much appreciate, there are no nasty fillers used, but I removed one star for not being 3rd party tested, or disclosing what country the ingredients are sourced from.

This supplement helps increase the decreasing levels of CoQ10 in people as we get older. I eat all the foods that provide the CoQ10 like meat, fish, and nuts. But, it is not enough as I get older. I had an issue with my original bottle becoming messy due to moisture getting into the bottle likely from the fact that I was placing them into a weekly organizer so I would remember to take them. I didn’t realize that the capsules were so sensitive to humidity and that it would cause an issue. The capsules in my organizer became wet and began to smell rancid and a few other supplements had to be tossed due to that. A few I must have tossed back into the bottle without realizing what was going on leading to moisture building up inside of the bottle as well. There is a moisture absorbing packet IN the bottle but due to my handling it wasn’t enough. The company reached out to me right away after my initial negative review about my experience and refunded me for the bottle that I had purchased as well as explained why I was experiencing that issue and this part is what impressed me —> they said that they would and how they would try to help prevent that issue from happening to future customers. <— THAT is great customer support from a company. I have taken other supplements from this company and really like them. So I will give it another go, keeping the capsules in the bottle this time, and see if it provides any benefits for me. Disappointed that I can’t keep it in my organizer since I am a super forgetful person BUT if they help enough for me to notice I’m happy to take that extra step.

I'm not sure if this supplement is helping me control my cholesterol, but it is not causing any adverse or weird size effects, so those are on plus side. When I go to the doctor and take my labs in a few months, I will know better if this product is providing me with any real benefit. We will see. So far, so good.
