Great price for this product at 250 tablets they dissolve real fast so I put them in my vegetable drinks that I mix because they dissolve real fast and anything when it comes to vitamins if they dissolve fast is very easy on the digestive system and when mixed with vegetable drinks your body absorb them much easier and quicker
