Immediate Pain Relief
After megadosing 5 grams of glycine a day, I noticed immediate pain relief from my bones after 3 days of taking them consistantly with my Bovine Collagen Peptides. I would recommend looking into medication interactions before taking glycine yourself.

Good value for money
Glycine is generally a very inexpensive yet very effective supplement, beneficial for many things. One of them is sleep. Not sure about the results as I haven't done any specific tests since taking this product but Thorne is generally a brand I like and trust.
