Good constuction
This seems to be a very well constructed item though I haven't used it as of yet, I must complain about the non-U.S standard plug. I had to cut it off and put a standard U.S plug on it because I couldn't find an adapter.

DO NOT BUY
Product arrived, has a Nema 6-20 plug. no off the shelf adapters available. paid an electrician to make a nema 6-20 adapter plug in for 110v, heater never worked... all this through christmas/New years/ and two family tragedies, tried for weeks return on amazon continuously the return stopped for a network issue. contact Phillips and temro, sent them emails and spoke with an "engineer" who was nothing short of insulting. assured by them they would assist in a refund they did nothing to help other than wait till amazon closed the order... i dont blame amazon as much as it all automated. the company and the product FAIL....

Fast, reliable heating
I have had one of these on my John Deere 450 dozer for years. It quickly heats the entire cooling system making cold starts a breeze. I have a frost plug block heaters on a Massey 165 tractor, Case 580L hoe, and Case 1840 skid steer. They take 3 times longer to bring it up to temp and even then, it doesn't thoroughly heat the system the way this does. I have zero complaints and it's honestly one of the best improvement I've done for the dozer.
