Better than unbranded chairs at 2 or 3k less. I would suggest to go ahead with this as support is good and quality is awesome. Some observations below- Pros * Superb customer service. ( had issue with gas cylinder where it was almost touching the ground. Got it replaced) * Quality is top notch. * very comfortable Cons * Back rest is fixed to seat and it's a fixed L shape that reclines back. * Pu leather cover might start chipped over long term unless maintained with a conditioner.

Pros - Very easy to assemble. Chair is really heavy and sturdy. Good support for back, neck and arms. Ergonomic. Excellent quality. Comfortable. Cons - No wheel stopper and the wheel keeps moving even when you move a little. No back tilt as shown in description. You should always sit straight and couldn't relax.

Very happy with this chair purchase! It's very well-made and comfortable. It has the looks of a high-end product, but at a reasonable price.

At first I loved the quality but the chair broke down in 5 months and I fell off it . (Serious safety issue) When I tried to claim warranty , they said they do not cover the upper body’s warranty . The replacement cost is 4000+ . that’s 60% of the chair’s value . Decent product but terrible service .

Nice and comfortable Chair. Received same product as ordered, Good Packing, Rexine Quality is also good, i will re-review after using for 3 months. Review after 2 Year: Rexine was cracked after 6 month of purchased , Arm rest Rexine are totaly cracked.

The package arrived in time with very sturdy packing. The assembling was so easy that the guidelines are not needed to be used. Common sense can easily help to assemble in minutes. The most important aspect of this chair is its design. Its very comfortable and ergonomic to work for long hours without any back or joint pains. ITS A MUST BUY (specially for Work from Home).

Hi there. I've purchased this product about two weeks back and I wanted to give you review after using the product for at least 2 weeks. So far all good. No problems whatsoever. What I liked most is the customer service. As soon as I purchased Mr.Raj from customer support was continuously updating the status and soon as the product got delivered, he shared me the installation guide and also video demonstration for the same. Actually the installation was very easy. In fact I was expecting the other way round. I would definitely suggest if anyone of you planning to buy a office chair. Happy Shopping Thank you.
