I try to buy supplements from companies that stand behind the products they are selling and why they are selling it. Now they're a lot of companies that do this but I have had some good results with Life Extension.So when I looked for a potent vitamin supplement - Life Extension was my choice because it fits my hectic schedule in life. Also, if you are going down the supplement route + you have to have a good vitamin/mineral as your base! Once you got that down then you add what else that's needed for your health!

This vitamin had been recommended by a friend as one of the best supplements in the market. Lots of vitamin D and other things that traditional supplements don’t have. If you can’t have a controlled diet and eat stuff that you shouldn’t for more than 3 times a week, like me...The label tells you to take 12 pills a day, but that’s too much for me. I take 3 a day and already feels about right for my body.Since it’s a supplement with huge amount of components, I advice to ask your doctor before start taking it.In my case, since I started taking this (about a year now) I stopped getting common cold and weak viruses and had fewer episodes of allergies.

I started taking these vitamins about two months ago and after a month and a half the results have been superb. My complexion and skin has vastly improved to the point people are complimenting me saying, “your skin looks great” and “your face is glowing” I leave the house without makeup on and feel confident. With my busy life I was lacking certain nutrients in my diet and I cannot pinpoint what my defincency was but these vitamins seem to fill the void. I am happy with the results and will continue to take on a regular basis.

I have been using this product for years. I like getting the supplements I need in one container/capsule instead of having a bottle of each. They save money and I like having the many different ingredients that helps my health, that I normally would not buy individually, as part of the mix.

For years, I was taking Centrum multivitamins, and I had to supplement Centrum with 1000 mg Vitamin C, and magnesium, because for some IDIOTIC reason Centrum does not provide adequate amounts of those ESSENTIAL supplements. Also, I am a Colon Cancer survivor, and contrary to what oncologists are being formally taught, 1000 mg vitamin C daily is FAR better than chemo for treating cancer. Note that the recommended daily dose of 12 Life Extension Mix capsules totals 970 mg Vitamin C, but rather than take 12 capsules all at once, I take 6 in the AM and 6 in the PM. Also, be aware that this BRILLIANT mix also replaces that powered greens mix you should be taking as well if you are as into GOOD HEALTH as I am. This stuff includes broccoli, decaffeinated green tea, and a LOT of other vegetarian super foods. It took about a week before I noticed a change, but then I realized I was not getting as tired as I had been getting walking up hill. I am a 68 year old man with a replacement heart valve and with part of my colon removed which has been cancerous. My stamina AFTER open heart surgery has NEVER been anywhere near what it was BEFORE open heart surgery. But Life Extension Mix does get me a little closer to where I once was. I anticipate ordering this every month from now on.

These are my favorite brand of vitamins if I can remember to take them with food. Sometimes it's a lot to take 12 so I try to take 6 a day to get half the values, better than nothing. It also cuts the costs down. They do give you energy with lots of bit and min. I take these because they are the best out there I've found with lots of antioxidants, ECGC for natural mood uplift like from green tea, better form of folate iron and absorbs best, taurine, zinc- when I take these I don't have shell fish cravings for some reason with pregnancies and breastfeeding this happens and seems to be something I noticed. Black currant helps skin hair nails, moods and cycles. It will buy the ones with copper next time as I've tried both now and think copper helped also. I know some say no copper but I need the copper and iron at this time. If I take these many cravings go away. I lost about 100 pounds from. 216 to 124 pounds taking care of my health with these, eating mediterranean and basic kosher (keeping meat and dairy separate basically no pork or shellfish etc so cooked from scratch and didn't get out, and began to walk then run each day. I also drank iced teas vs soda etc for the energy boost. The depression symptoms I had were relieved and I was happy for a long time. Plan to modify and start this again as I gained weight back after having another baby and I always gain with breastfeeding for whenever reason....and I went off this lifestyle. I'm at 188# now so hopefully it will change the next few months as I wean the baby. Cheers to good health.
