The wand is quite weighty and is magnetic so it most likely has a steel core coated in a resin finish. It is very sturdy and does not feel fragile as are all Noble Collection pieces. They only make perfect replica articles of the highest quality from my experience. Looks and feels great but does not work as it is a replica sorry to say!!

What's the difference between this one and Dumbledore's elder wand

Its not Grindelwalds wand. Its the Elder Wand which both he and Dumbledore had at times, however both had their own wands too so iys kind of misleading to describe it as Grindelwalds. His original wand looks completely different
