Overnight defrost is the best method, just leave in package in your fridge and you won't encounter any issues. The meat is quality and delicious. I really enjoy it and hopefully they don't run out, hopefully people don't catch on and those that defrost poorly leave bad reviews so there is more for me hehe.

Flavorful, juicy lamb burgers are yours with this product. A little salt, pepper and oregano, some tiny chunks of feta cheese tucked inside and you will have burger perfection. Just the right amount of fat, very high quality. (Don’t overcook!)

Saw the other reviews that called out things like bone and 'gristle' (cartilage).Had no bone in mine or if there was, it was insignificant.Gristle - maybe one small one out of two patties formed.This was cooked in an Instant Pot, so what I don't know is if this somehow got around the issue (i.e. catch basin)? Didn't see any bones or anything after draining the water.So...maybe a bad batch, or something with how you cook it, is best theory. Either way, turned out pretty good on our side.Only downpoint is price. Understand the inflation, just feel it's a bit high for the portion size.

Ground lamb is a specialty item to be treated like an exotic meal. I love it with homemade mint sauce. Although I plan to use other sauces with it as well.

Used this ground lamb in shepherd's pie. It cooked up fattier than I expected and the flavor was milder than some lamb I have had. But the dish was delicious when all said and done. Fair price for the product I thought. Will buy again and keep in the freezer.
