Great quality of real vitamin c, wish it was a higher mg though , price is good too.

The price is extremely high for what you get. It is nearly $13 for a 30 day supply, but the most irritating aspect of this product is the packaging. The tablets come in a very small glass bottle, and it is packed with a huge wad of cotton. You have to use needle nose pliars to remove the cotton so you can get to the tablets. I think the manufacturer could do better, and save some money, thus lowering the price, if they would just deal with the packaging. Hint, a larger PLASTIC bottle would probably cost less than the little glass bottle, thus lowering the price of the supplement.

This is the only Vitamin C I will take as it is sourced from whole food and not chemicals. I have not had a cold or flu since I started taking these vitamins and I think it is because it has helped to build my body's immune response with an effective natural source of Vitamin C. I also appreciate that I only need one pill a day to get all the "C" I need.

If this is is indeed what it claims, it deserves the 5 stars. Because all the other "vitamin C" outthere are just absorbic acid. The whole vitamin is much more effective. I ordered a bottle and took 2 a day and my blood pressure is getting a bit better (it was ok to begin with). I will definitely keep taking this for a while and report back on the long-term research.

I wanted a whole-food vitamin C in tableted form. This is the only one I could find. Upon taking it I had a very bad allergic reaction, bronchial spasms & severe flu-like symptons. I stopped & started it several times, and always the same result. It was the only change to my diet. I have since discovered tthat I'm allergic to one of its ingredients...Bioperine! This ingredient isn't even a vitamin C food, it is an absorption enhancer. I've also discovered that this allergy is not uncommon. Here I am, one week after stopping the product for the third time, and I'm still wheezing with every breath! Be very careful& know your body if you choose to use this product.

I started with this vitamin C from Pure many many years ago. It was the highest recommended by nutritionists and their company continues to make the best and of high quality supplements.

The product itself was fine; the AMAZON employees are lacking.

I looked at many whole food vitamin c products; this one fit the bill for a much lower price than many of the others. I am a repeat customer.
