Best quality coffee with a great taste. Feel like I’m back in Jamaica, just missing the Ocean setting on the Balcony!

I'm into Jeeps, especially Wranglers. Which means I watch Dennis Collins YouTube show called Coffee Walk, which starts out every episode with him getting a cup of coffee.Not a bad start, right?I agree. Except I'm not going to try out a new brand of coffee because of a YouTube show. So I did my research for Blue Jamaica Mountain coffee, and decided to try this stuff.The first cup was exquisite. There is a hint of bitterness that quickly smooths out. I consider this a rich, deeply flavored cup of coffee, but your tastes may vary. I find it the perfect thing to drink on a Saturday morning, and the caffeine kicks things into gear very quickly.Yeah, it packs a punch. I drink mine black, but I'm sure it would do just as well with sweeteners and milk.Small tangent: when I first visited Jamaica I stopped in Montego Bay (to catch a flight to Kingston. This was a business flight), and there was a Blue Jamaica Mountains coffee shop.I had a two hour layover, so I stopped. They made the coffee in a way I've never seen since. They pour the coffee in a tall stemmed glass, like you would use for an Irish coffee. Then they pour in two heaping spoonful's of condensed milk before stirring.The result isn't healthy, but it's delicious. I ended up ordering a second cup, which was a mistake, but that's a different story.5/5*

How to rate an item that is so personal as individual tastebuds? I don't care for this coffee. It is when coffee is no longer hot that taste should be evaluated. In this case I detect a bitterness on the outer edges of my tongue. So this one is not to my taste, but that doesn't mean anything to another coffee drinker, and certainly doesn't say anything about the quality of the coffee.For comparison, if it helps anyone: Most food is better with jalapeños atop it; my favorite coffees are San Francisco Bay Onecup: Fog Chaser and French Roast. When in the mood for a lighter coffee taste, I choose Starbucks Verona or San Francisco Bay Jamaican Blue Mountain Blend. I do not sweeten my coffee, but do add 2 teaspoons of half&half, and brew on the 6 oz. setting on the Keurig. When I try a new coffee, I try it on both the 6 oz. and the 8 oz. settings to evaluate.I appreciate the Dancing Moon Coffee Company for their charitable support of the Semper Fi fund.

I received my coffee today. I assumed because it was so expensive and hyped up. It would be really good, but the taste was awful. I would not recommend this to anyone and I will never buy another one myself. It was a very big disappointment. It was super bitter.

I've worked at Gloria Jean's coffee and we sold Jamaican Blue whole beans. Had the opportunity to buy and taste. Would never want regular cheap coffee again but the price kept me from buying JB all the time. So Velveeta smooth...absolutely NO bitterness which normally causes my heartburn drinking coffee. Sweetness of the bean that you can drink black...no added sugar nor creamer! It's amazing!! And thank you for putting it in a Kcup style so my Keurig can enjoy it too. I'm hooked and willing to risk the price to make this our regular coffee from now on.p

My husband is definitely a coffee person and absolutely loves this brand! Must buy ! Not too acidic ! Perfect blend !
