So Easy to Install.
The ease of installation is it's best attribute. Joined a countertop with very limited access behind the sink using a battery drill and the appropriate bit. Worked like a charm! Totally recommend!

Great for butcherblock counters
These work great for joining butcherblock on a miter joint. I've done it twice now, and these provide a very secure, but also able to adjust to any expansion/contraction in the wood, joint.

Love the easy access to tighten the clamps
The media could not be loaded. Counter top clamps worked great and pulled the seem together like a glove. Much easier than the standard type that you need two wrenches to tighten them up. I used my impact on low, even though it recommended me not to use the impact, and they held together just fine as you can see in the pictures. I did not do a video of the install as I forgot to do so when I was busy getting the kitchen put back together and was in a bit of a hurry. But the photos show how well they did. I would recommend especially in a tight place that would be hard to try using two wrenches to pull the counter top together with the old type.

Works great for connecting to pieces of butcher block countertop.
I used these to attach 2 pieces of butcher block for a desk I was building. Just drill a hole, routered a channel in the bottom of the butcher block and tightened them up. Really holds the two pieces together very tight.

good purchase
These fasteners are a game-changer for installing countertops and furniture. I used them to secure a butcher block countertop, and the process was quick and seamless. The single-handed tightening design makes it incredibly user-friendly. If you’re tackling a DIY countertop project, you’ll want these in your toolbox!

Works well but closure mechanism is sus
I bought these to "merge" 2 pieces of acacia butcher block together. I needed a 4' x 8' piece and to buy that vs. 2, 2' x 8' pieces was multiples of $$ so I got the idea of buying 2 pieces and butting them together. These bolts are essentially close clamps that allow you to force the pieces together and hold them together. I might have been able to take them out after the glue dried, but I don't want to risk a failure of the seam over $50 in bolts so I left them in place.Do yourself a favor and get the proper sized forstner bit for the round cavities and use a router to mill out the channel. The bolts come with a template of sorts (not really size for size though). The only con about these is that the ratcheting mechanism didn't seem super strong. That mechanism allows you to open/close the bolt by using a standard screwdriver and "converts" your torsional movement to torsion in a perpendicular direction, but it doesn't feel very strong. I didn't have an issue, but as I was tightening it I couldn't help but think it would strip. I don't know if these include a torque spec.

The ones that worked, worked well.
I got a pack of 5 and 4 of them worked pretty well to pull my counter top together tightly. Make sure you route out a good profile! I got one in the pack that would not tighten down, it felt like the mechanism inside was defective. It would also be nice if it came in an even 6 pack since they recommend 3 for each miter/joint.
