Pain
The product is fine.No instructions provides the challenge, there is an absolute saint on YouTube who has an install tutorial video and following it is the only chance you have at getting it right. If you’re mounting this to an aluminum sim racing chassis/cockpit you’ll need to buy additional four or six M6 or M8 screws that are 12mm in length if you don’t have any. Mine only came with M8 25mm screws but I assume it’s because they figure you’re going to mount this in a real car. Anything longer than 12mm will not fit when you attack the slider to the aluminum with the t-nut. If you buy an M6, get some small washers too since the heads of the screws are a little narrow for the holes (M8x12mm exist but are harder to find)But it works, and well. I’m a little ashamed it took me all day to accomplish, mostly because if I had to do it again I could probably install it in under 30 minutes now that I know what to do, and that I was missing hardware for my specific use case

Works. Came with no instructions. Range of motion is less than you'd expect.
I bought this slider to use with an NRG 300 series bucket seat in my racing simulator cockpit. It works and has a nice fluid motion. It does NOT come with instructions. Both of the internet sources I found that claimed to show how to install it are wrong. One was upside down, the other was backwards. Just keep trying, eventually you will get it correct. You will likely need to bend the adjustment bar quite a bit to fit whatever spacing you wind up with. The real major complaint I have with it is the range of forward/aft motion is nowhere near the range you would expect from being in a production automobile. I have not measured it but it feels like only about 1/2 or 2/3 or the travel I'd expect.

Great
Bought these but I had to return. Didn’t need them. But they looked great

Disintegrates and falls apart on the first day of use (and I mean this literally, not figuratively).
I used these seat tracks for one (1) hour, one hour only. Upon inspection I found bearing roller balls and other parts literally falling out rolling around on the cockpit floor. Additionally, there was metal shrapnel coming out of the seat tracks themselves. When these guys do cheap, they do cheap. Can't recommend.

Worked perfect.
I found them easy to install ,and worked perfectly. Ordered one for the other side it worked so well.

Works for a sim rig/ cockpit
Keep them in alignment when final tightening of the hardware. Fits a sim racing cockpit nicely. Makes climbing out of your rig easier. Also allows you to kick back and watch movies as well

Solid
Super finicky and a pain to put together and get bolted to your brackets, but is ok quality in the end.
