Exceptionally poor night vision and no customer support from Hikvision
Recently my Hikvision camera failed to trigger a ring alarm (sort of a fundamental part of a doorbell), speaking to hikvision they say they will not support the product as Amazon is not an authorised retailer - so bare that in mind if you want ongoing support. Furthermore the night vision is absolutely atrocious, unusable unlike competitors such as ring. That said RTSP support is great and the quality during the daytime is impressive.
