I do just enough machining to know that I'm not a machinist. I'm a fairly serious hobbyist, and most of what I do is either a repair/modification for a personal project, or a favor for a friend. Because I don't make any money at this, I have to be frugal with my tool purchases.I wanted a deburring tool for a while but didn't really have a need for one. Then I had a project where I'd have to deburr a bunch of sharp edges by hand. The thought of doing this with a file and sandpaper didn't exactly fill me with joy. I decided that $10 wasn't too much to spend to make my life a bit easier so I bought this.Long story short, it works. I've used more expensive deburring tools in pro shops (where someone else was footing the bill for tools) and this one works just as well on mild steel and aluminum. As it stands, this deburring tool has done everything I've asked, even on some really stringy mild steel that tends to machine like chewing gum. I've deburred parts by hand and also on the lathe with it and have yet to wear out a single cutter.I really like it when a tool ends up being a much better value than I anticipate. This is one of those times.

If you are planning to round off edges on wood, plastics, or other soft materials this works great. If you plan to round soft metals like copper or aluminium this can work. However, if you are like a buddy of mine and think you can push it through hardened 1/4" steel, you might want to buy a much higher dollar powered tool.

Works quite well, Definitely worth more than the price would indicate. Very ice that it comes with lots of extra blades.

Seems well built so far. I have only used it on a couple of pipes, one metal and one pvc, but it deburred perfectly well on the ones I used it on.Nice to have spare blades too, they all fit in the handle for safekeeping.Would buy again.Not sure Bout long term robustness, but it seems like it will work long term if it is not over stressed and has too much force put onto the handle

Its ok for small jobs. Plastics is where it does best. Metal's that are thin is ok but it takes some time

I use this product to clean edges of my 3d prints. It works very well to take off a sharp edge left by a brim or support material. I have also used it on aluminum and it works great. Very easy to clean up cuts and drilled holes.

Easy to use. Light and durable.I'm a jeweler, and I use it for deburring cool rings. A really handy little tool.
