InterAct Memory Card 2X

I've not lost a single save lost yet, switching between the cards works easily and I would definitely buy another. My only complaint is that they didn't make the cards bigger. Its just 2 normal cards in one slot. I would have liked it to be a 100MB card or something, if thats possible.

I had one that i got back in 2002 not from this seller but same card and mine still works great! An issue people seem to be having is that the playstation wont recognize it, this can be solved easily:First, get a q-tip, 20% rubbing alcohol (no higher or you may ruin the card, get the weakest stuff you can get), and a soda straw. First take the q-tip and roll the fluffy part in your hand to make it a tight ball, then put alcohol on it and do it again. make sure none of the fluff comes off or the memory card may have more errors than last time. Then just wipe out the storage holes in the memory card to clean out any gunk or debris that may be in there. (the reason it stopped working is that there has been corrosion on the thin metal plates, just clean those up). Then take the soda straw and blow through that directly into one hole at a time, put the straw as far back into the memory card as you can when you blow through it. (to make sure you blow out the back of it), then wait 5 min and put it in, the memory card will work perfectly and will be good as new. I do recommend backing up your memory card though onto others just in case you do break it.But yeah its a great card, has never broken for me, still works after 15 years of use!

I Bought this around 2002 and used it as my main card for around 3 years.Took my Playstation out of storage in 2013, all saves still on the card.Used heavily ever since then, still have saves from 2002 on both memory card modes (Green and yellow LED)Seems to be a good quality memory card. If you're buying one new I'd feel confident putting my long hour RPG game saves on it. I've had Sony cards die on me, and 3rd party brands die on me. It's probably luck, but I've had a good experience with this little guy.

I cant rave enough about this memory card I had one when ps1 originally came out never had any issues and never failed I unfortunately I have to buy a new one as I lost my last one when I moved

I had two of these memory cards for less than a year and they both failed. It got to the point where nothing would save anymore and all my information was lost. I bought two 1X Madcats cards to replace those so I hope they hold out. The reviews on those cards are worse than for these cards.

I bought this card and it worked fine for me for a while. I saved alot of games on it. THen one day - PS just wouldn't recognize it! Like I would put the card in - and it would tell me that nothing is there!!!!! I thought may be its just my PS - so I tried my friend's, and when I got PSII - I tried that also. But No it doesn't work.All of my saves are LOST and a lot of games I have I never finished.I tried to get support from Interact - but there is none. If your card dies - its your problem, they wont help you. And ... when u r about to complete the game with everything unlocked and the best ending awaiting you - and suddenly you card is unreadable.

This is the second memory card i've ever bought, the first being the standard 15 block sony card, and i've never had a problem with it. The only thing you need to make sure of is that your on the right "page" when saving. I panicked once cuz i thought i'd lost my games, but i was on the wrong page so nothing was showing. This is one of the best invesments i've ever made.

Lots of people write up 3rd party memory cards for all systems as bad. This has given me no trouble. Maybe I am just lucky to get the better cards of the litter, but This has given no problems whatsoever.
