Excellent shampoo for over processed hair. My hair stylist uses this shampoo in her salon. So I now use to maintain my hair. I color my hair every 8 weeks so this shampoo is a must. This shampoo will not strip your color. Also keeps my hair from drying out or feeling like straw. I highly recommend this product also I use the conditioner to add more softness and protection when applying products and blow drying my hair.

I have heavily treated hair. Been coloring, perm, bleach, hot irons, etc for past 35 yrs. My hair can be dry, and frizzy. Now my hair seems quenched, and healthy. I use this product every 2-3 days. One small bottle lasts for 13 months. My hair is thick, and past my shoulders. A dab size of a nickel, them emulsify it in your hands vigorously till it covers your hands in a layer of white creaminess. Apply to hair and you will notice how much it covers. I leave it in my hair for a good 10+ minutes while I shave. I never need to use conditioner when using this product. I do use a leave in spray conditioner after I towel dry. My hair has never been healthier.

I’ve been using Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo for a few months (based on the recommendation of my hair stylist), and the results have been great! It has completely eliminated frizz, leaving my hair soft, smooth, and with a beautiful shine. I don't usually need to use a conditioner. That said, it’s worth noting that this shampoo does contain a LOT of ingredients, which might be a concern for some. Hence the 4 stars. Although upon further research I read " OLAPLEX is colour-safe, vegan, PH balanced and completely free from cruelty, DEA, aldehydes, formaldehyde, silicone, parabens, sulphates, phosphates, gluten and nuts." While it has worked wonders for my hair, those who prefer all-natural products might want to look elsewhere. I rotate it with a more natural shampoo. It’s also definitely on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way—you only need a very small amount so the bottle lasts much longer than expected. For me, the results have been worth every penny, and I’ll keep buying it. If you’re looking for a product that can tackle frizz and leave your hair looking its best, this one is worth trying!

Got a small one to try! This shampoo is wonderful!!!! Takes just a drop of two to lathe up a LOT, smells great and rinses out easily. I coupled with my other Olex products. I would highly Recommend 👍

This is the holy grail of hair products. I am in my late 40s and have thin, dry, color damaged hair. My hair has been frizzy and I could only wear a ponytail and even in that it would become a tangled rat mess. I have tried 100s of dollars in products from Keratin hair treatments, Aveda products, Nexus, Pantene, Its a 10, blowouts EVERYTHING under the sun and nothing was working. I was ready to shave my head and start over. Then I found this and read soooo many reviews and said shoot all I have to lose is more money. So for my fine, thin, color/highlighted damaged hair I got the 4/5 shampoo and conditioner, weightless nourishing mask,#3 Bond building hair and the #9 Bond Protector. My hair is now SOOOFFFTTT, not frizzy even when it is humid out (I live in the desert) so not many humid days until recently. This is all in just 3 days!!! Day one I used the Shampoo and Hair mask with already noticeable difference, Day 2 and 3 I used only the shampoo and conditioner. I started with the small bottles at $30 each and I am so far very pleased and plan on once I run out getting the larger bottles. I will tell you that you need a very very small amount of shampoo, it goes a LONG ways. The conditioner maybe a nickel size amount as it also goes a long ways. When I first used this and was done rinsing my hair, it did not feel soft and I was thinking okay I am going to not have fun brushing my wet hair and it was going to be a waste of money. Boy I was fooled. even though my hair did not feel soft and slick after conditioning, the wet brush I use as always just glided thru my hair with such ease. I was like oh okay and then once I dried it I was completely shocked at the difference the first wash alone had made. There were no tangles and the entire day my hair has been smooth, soft and manageable! I say take your chance and get this product, I hope you are as happy as I am with this. I plan on tossing every other hair product away now that this is the only thing that genuinely works for my hair in a way that I have never experienced with a hair product before.

Olaplex is perfect product range and I bought it because I had serious damage to my long hair. I bought this product and a couple of others from the range. My hair condition quickly improved. I think the at home treatments work out value for money compared to regular in salon treatments. I recommend Olaplex range especially when you have damaged or coloured/dry hair.

So I've had this weird scalp condition where I shower with the most gentle of shampoos and most moisturizing of conditioners, my hair drys, and my scalp gets tight and itchy and then second day my hair is greasy and I have dandruff. Super weird. Been happening for the better part of two years, and have tried all the dandruff shampoos which made it a million times worse, then I tried all of the moisturizing shampoos and even the no poo-shampoos. Nothing worked. I decided to buy this shampoo because I had bleached half my hair from the ends to about the middle of my medium length, thin hair, and it was starting to look... Sad. Thought if this could at least fix some of the damage of the bleached parts, I'd be happy. This not only added moisture and shine and life to my hair, it completely fixed my scalp condition?! Like. If I had known it would moisturize my scalp without making it greasy, and completely stop the itching... I would have bought this years ago. It's a small bottle, but you only need a little bit and ... No more itching.... I'll never buy anything else ever again. So impressed and happy. Also it smells great. Worth every penny.

Olaplex is the best in hair care. This shampoo is no different. It cleans thoroughly without leaving my hair dry, it has a pleasant smell, and nourishes at the same time.
