Peel off the 3M double-sided tape and apply it to both inner side surfaces of the catted edge protector – avoid from stretching the edge protector at this stage.  6. Peel off its tape and apply the edge cushion protector towards the surface edge while moving from one end of the edge to the other; press the cushion edge protector firmly against the surface and hold it for about 15 seconds.  7. The 3M adhesive will reach a full strength in about 24 hours.
