I've been using this from a month.. its really good for sleep, muscles recovery, better sex life ( testo secretion - increase nitric oxide) i am taking this at every night with Glycine 2500mg and 2000mg taurine but not only that if you want true overall good result you should take other amino acids too like what i do as a pre-workout i mix all aminos in perticular amount like i have purchased all amino acids separately so e of from asitis some of from profood.. both are good brands.. i took l-citrulline 3000mg , l-arginine 2000mg , 500mg taurine, l tyrosin 500mg , as pre workout suppliments.. it was for beginners..and you won't believe its makes me like a hulk boosting my energy like freak without any single side effects... Not only for workout its helps my sex life incredibly awesome... I used to order monster energy drink in bulk and had 3 cans at least, every day. When I used to drink monster I felt calm and that was the taurine working, now I go to gym so I eat coffee directly for the caffeine, but it makes me very jittery,as it should. I ordered this taurine thinking it would reduce the effects of caffeine but it doesn't do anything. Nothing at all, it's like a funny tasting white powder. Let me assure you it's useless.

It's been a few times I have used Profoods supplements. I take glycine before sleeping and also add in my BCAA/pre-workout. Glycine also helps in glutathione production which is an extremely potent free radicals scavenger. This one is very soluble and has no flavor. I will keep buying in the near future.

Kudos for Profoods for holding up quality across various powders. I'd like ProFoods to add better storage instructions. While Taurine has no storage issues, a few salts like Choline Bitartrate may coagulate after a month.
