Finally – a simple and effective meal planner
I’ve been searching for a (non-digital) tool to help me organize my Sunday meal planning for the week. Call me old fashioned, but I still believe paper planning is more useful than the million “shopping help” apps out there. This is it!!! Everything you’ll need to get your meal & shopping plans in order. It has a super clear lay out for meal planning by each day, and for organizing the ingredients into food groups (which streamlines the shopping trip). It makes me so happy to snuggle up with a cup of tea and fill out my “healthy shopping list.
