Replacement for Webber original
We have had our Webber grill for several years and needed to replace the vent. It was easy to install and works great!

The rubber piece comes off
I was looking to add the rubber handle to my damper that does not need to be replaced. They did not sell them on Amazon and when you buy outside of Amazon after tax and shipping you are way over the price for this assembly. I was able to easily pop the rubber piece off without breaking and install on the one that came with my kettle. Just twist it a little. So in the end no drilling needed to remove the factory damper.

A little expensive
Great damper... used to mod my brinkmann. Probably great direct replacement on a webber, but a little expensive... for as thin as it is.

I put a rivet in in place of the screw, works great and no more burnt fingertips!

Good upgrade.
Replaced the original vent that didn’t have the rubber tip. Much easier to change airflow by hand instead of having to grab an oven mitt. These should all be the standard vent.
