I love this product. It is amazing with how it cleans out the cells and intestines of unwanted non-beneficial debree.

I thought it would powder of the root. But it's leaf powder which doesn't have good benefits.If you want well known benefits of this plant, this is not. Most of the benefits are from the root part. This is just like green tea, nothing more nothing less. So disappointed

I take other supplements that work well for urination health and in all my research for that, I've never run across or heard of this herb as being a benefit for that. But I'm always willing to give something new a try. This is a very fine powder to where when i took off the lid it literally puffed up dust. I've been taking it for a few weeks, which is general enough time to notice a difference in urination health. I noticed no changes. Since there are no side affects, i'll continue to take it and see if it may just take longer. I'll update this review if it does.
