No tiene una guia o instrucciones de como usarlo, lo compré para emulsionar una salsa que lleva agua y aceites, le puse la cantidad que consideré conveniente y no funcionó, se sapararon los ingredientes. Lastima porque el producto se ve bien, pero no funcionó.

Excellent lecithin
Great for the price! The container was only filled 2/3’s of the way but I weighed the container - 8 lbs on the dot; 1 extra pound over as seller noted container weighing 7 lbs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Items arrived damaged and leaked everywhere. Non returnable and non refundable. Do not recommend!
