The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course: Operations Management 1st Edition

I found this book very informative and very interesting. I got it for a very good value of 10$. I had got used version but it arrived in a very good condition. I would definitely recommend this book for Operation Management enthusiasts.

I'm only 10% into this book right now and so far so good. A ton of useful information.

Very clear to read and understandable.

This provided me more insight and knowledge about Management without having to take a course. I feel empowered to make difficult decisions.

Good basic stuff but lacking in new ways managing operations with new tools and methods

This book is too abstract. You won't find any forecasting technics, any specifications of product quality control etc.I purchased this book to learn something about Operations managament before the course starts. Unfortunatelly I just spent my time reading it.I would recommend other book on operations management Jay Heizer and Barry Render. This book is very big, but you will find in it all you need about operations management.
