Once tightened, does not line up pointing down.
Headline says it all...had to send it back and it's unusable. And ironically enough, that was my big concern...will it point down when tightened. In my case, nope.

Good solid valve
Install was a little tricky in my application. I used it on a pressure washer and the drain for the engine was...surprise, surprise...at the very bottom of the engine which left no clearance for the valve--which is larger than the OEM drain plug. I shimmed the engine up (the pressure pump was bolted up to the engine so it raised it slightly too). Once I did that the valve screwed right in and worked great.

Will NOT fit Honda EU6500is/EU7000is w/GX390 engine
The Honda EU6500is/EU7000is have a GX390 engine and have a large plastic-and-batting sound baffle bolted to the side of the block, and that negates the ability to screw the EZ-109 directly to the block.I also bought the A-109 extension, but its OD is again too large to fit. I even lathed the OD down as far as I felt safe, and still no-go.What I finally did was buy the EZ-115 (1/4" MNPT) and an extension fitting 12mm-1.5 to 1/4"FNPT, and that fit (without the 90* discharge downspout). The adapter that worked was from ThreadToolSupply, 9635S-12-L06-04 M12 x 1.5 to 1/4" NPT Thread Adapter, $6. A different adapter that did NOT work was https://smile.amazon.com/Team-Performance-Temperature-Fittings-Compatible/dp/B07M6VFP2M, which was, again, too large OD to fit with the sound baffle.

Inspect drain plug site to ensure increased size of drain plug doesn’t limit ground clearance
Haven’t installed yet. Bought for a pit bike but oil plug is on bottom of bike and this sticks out some so it would limit ground clearance. It’s top notch quality though
