Perfect for use with woody shrubs, plants, and trees. For plants, you want string/rope that DOES break down over time. If you use nylon, you can literately cut off the branch as grows. Nylon will dig into it and not usually break. Thankfully this is a perfect natural choice. Just make sure you know you have to re-tie as needed.

I bought this to make bee hives. It's sturdy and pretty, but has an odor and the ends fray quickly.

This product is thick and a fair size role. I am using it for decorating center pieces on my wedding day. I’m sure it will turn out perfectly. It is strong and pretty. Packaging was fine. I was not offended by any smells. I’m sure this will be perfect for function or beauty on any of your projects!

The ideal weight and strength for outdoor use - gardening, securing furniture covers/tarps, etc., and indoor use - tying recycling (cardboard, newsprint), and hanging pinãtas. I'm sure there are numerous other uses as well. I'm buying more.
