1883 Routin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup - Glass Bottle - 1 Liter

Great addition to coffee, hot chocolate, or warm milk. Even adds good flavor to plain yogurt. Looking forward to adding to cocktails too.

1883 syrups come in glass and plastic bottles. This is advertised as a 1L glass bottle but a plastic version was delivered instead.

Maison Routin has some of the best flavored syrups out there. We've tried others and most just taste like sugar water, without much flavor. Or, the flavor is just wrong. So, I had pretty high hopes for the MR toasted marshmallow, but was disappointed that the flavor just isn't right. No marshmallow flavor... just another variation of colored sugar water. Also, this came in a glass bottle, not PET. So, our standard pump, that works with the PET bottles, did not work with the Maison Routin glass bottle.

Arrived with a 4 month expiration date. I'm a solo drinker who has coffee 2-3 times a week so there's no way I'll go through and entire bottle in 4 months. It tastes good though. I guess I'll find a way to use it when I can.

Wonderful in lattes (hot or cold) and hot chocolate. 10/10
