Tormentil Rhizome (Potentilla Erecta - Tormentillae Rhizoma) Health Embassy - 100% Natural (100g)

This is now my go to company for herbs. I am self- taught TCM (early days) and used this in a formula (with goldenrod & plantain) to treat hubby's severe GI internal bleeding. All symptoms gone in less than 48 hours. I'm now a huge fan of tormentil, lol. As it is a harder plant part, you need to decoct it (simmer ~30 min) to get best results for the kind of thing I mentioned (anti-inflammatory, stopping blood loss). You should consult a TCM source first to make sure you're a good symptom fit for this herb (I use books by Peter Holmes; the man's a genius). I've used a variety of herbs by this company, and feel they are definitely quality. I transfer my herbs to jars in a cupboard for long term storage. I've probably spent easily over £100 pounds this week on this company's products, as they have a lot of hard to source herbs and I'm trying to tackle a lot of health issues. Fantastic.

I bought this herb to stop some… urgent… problems. I’d been using other products, but also made a tincture from this stuff. Sure enough, when I had a second bout of… urgency… I put three drops of the tincture in some water and *poof!* the urgency was over. Very impressed. Would recommend to a friend. 10:10. I was also surprised at how sweet the alcohol based tincture was. I used a 1:5 ratio of solid to liquid, and it worked great. It had been sitting for maybe 6 days when I had to crack it open and use it.
