I am now a 73 year old female who has had chronic constipation and a liver disease. I only take natural whole food supplements as I was raised not to take medications except ibupropin (headache). I have had the flu twice in my life. 45 years ago. I have been blessed with a great immune system as I do not get sick. BUT I have had extreme chronic constipation and eat healthy with lots of liquid and fiber vegetables. I guess my biggest problem has been consistency. I wanted immediate results. We give this to our Silky terrier when he has gastric issues from either eating something foreign or general stress. He has a tendency to stop eating which results in vomiting from an empty stomach. I also use it as a preventative when we are going on a long trip or he is going to the kennel for a few days. I give it to him for 3-4 days in advance and then have it added to his food while I am away. He does not love the taste so giving it to him in a 'pill pocket' works well. Make certain that there is plenty of water available.

I've suffered with IBS and reflux and stomach pain for two decades. My 11 year old daughter became ill because of toxic mold in our home. One of the symptoms was being unable to have a bowel movement. It’s been 2 1/2 years.
