I have been searching for a trackwr for months, and this was exactly what I was looking for. Purchase was simple, delivery was quick. However, the instructions were in very broken English. Following the instructions also would not get the unit set up and working.I contacted the seller numerous times for the first month trying to get assistance. The seller wasn't able to help at all with activating the unit, getting it registered, and was never able to provide any assistance at all. Unfortunately, this was a waste. The unit is great, but I strongly recommend you find another seller.

Giving my child more freedom to play around and no more fear of losing him in crowded places. I love this product, I’ve tested it for a week and it does the tracking job perfectly.However, it took me maybe 2 hours to figure out the correct setup. You guys should do more work on the manual and simplify the setup process, as it’s a bit complicated. Suggestion to create a YouTube video guiding the user through the steps of setup.

I got these to use as a tracker for my cat. It's just waaaayyy to big to fit on a collar. Maybe if you had a really big dog or a horse!

i configured the tracker as per instruction, i inserted the SIM sent those commands for setting up reboot, sos, admin, APN user and APN password and i got those responses back as xxxx okay, SOS works fine. If i call my sim in tracker, i get back location details in SMS. The problem i am facing is i am unable to login onto online tracking TKSTART GPS app tool on my ANDROID phone (using www.zg888gps.com as server and APN user name and password which i set earlier). I am not even albe to login into www.zg888gps.com, it says username or password incorrect. I tried both option user login and IMEI login both failing. For user login i am using my APN user name and password. For IMEI login i am using my tracker's IMEI and default password 123456. Both cases it fails.
